What is your return policy?

At Gulf of Mexico, each product is made to order, which means we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing or change of mind. Please double-check the size guide and product details before purchasing.

We only accept returns or offer replacements for items that arrive damaged, defective, or misprinted. If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with the following:

  • A clear photo of the damaged or defective product
  • Your order number and a brief description of the issue

Once verified, we’ll issue a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
